Dr. Wes Borgman
Dr. Wes Borgman did his undergraduate work at the University of Florida and received his Doctorate in Veterinary medicine at the University of Missouri in 1999. After practicing veterinary medicine at the Kissimmee Animal Hospital and Poinciana Pet Clinic, he opened Seminole Animal Hospital in Sanford in 2004. His wife, Jen (Jenica Beck – back then), grew up in Lake Mary/ Heathrow and attended Seminole High School in Sanford.
Dr. Borgman’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is providing guidance and education to pet owners. Whether he is teaching a pet parent the proper way to give insulin injections to a geriatric pet or guiding a new owner on how to tackle puppy bites, he loves spending time answering questions and helping strengthen bonds between owners and their pets. Because of his wide range of veterinary expertise and approachable style, he has become a leading expert in the community on pet issues as evidenced by dozen of appearances on Fox News and articles in The Orlando Sentinel.
